231.0 lb Lost so far: 64.3 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Comments 
Crazy 6 lb weight gain after my return to gym workouts after a 2 week break. Went from 225 to 231. Still managing calorie deficits of 1000 or more per day and carbs seldom go over net 25. I can live with the gain for a while but it was nice seeing the 225 and I would like to see it again. Cutting out some foods to see if they are the culprits.
