I was so tired yesterday I could hardly get out of my own way. My food choices reflexed that yesterday. Today I hoping will be better, as I slept in this monring [9], and I went shopping yesterday so there in food in the house again.
194.5 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
