well I did not make it all the way to 120 but I got close!! It is the day we leave and I am at 123. My husband and I are leaving for a ten day second honeymoon! I am going to modify the up day down day eating to 1900 on the up days and 700 on the down days. this should maintain my weight. we will see. well, we are off to romance, sun and relaxation!
123.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
