I was 150.8 I believe on Friday. I logged it in today, but it said it was the 30th. My weight today, Saturday, is 148.4 or 148.6. That's why there are two weight entries. I didn't eat much yesterday. I really didn't have time. Apple, coffee, and water for breakfast. Oatmeal and water for lunch. I did drink water throughout the day, so that was good. I was so tired from doing the garage sale the last two days, that I went to bed without dinner. I think that is why my weight took a tumble since Thursday. Anyways, that's why I have two weight entries.
148.6 lb Lost so far: 76.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
