I have been slacking on my workouts but eating healthier.
294.3 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 94.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

try sit and fit exercise it works for those days you really don't have energy to do much.
