holy shitera!!!!! need something drastic I said. stopped going to gym for a month and a half. the trainer is a persistent pest!!! he got me back in. I'm glad. started Monday. tuna all day!!! well..... tuna n 5 crackers. squid.... sardines and crackers.... I weighed Monday 243.8. I am down 8lbs four days..... treating myself with a fruit bar.... fruit pcs.... and Belgian chocolate chunk cookies..... feeling full and for the first time n a long time.... Omg!!!! I hope the scale keeps moving. this has been very tolerable so far!!! I'm impressed. my brother drives semi's.... so he went on this and dropped 34lbs so far in 3wks. I just need to get down to maintain.... and ween off..... ok.... enough .... just had to get that out!!!! p.s. yes I'm breeding careful..... to much tuna can and may get me sick..... I'm watching for signs. thanks and have a great day!!!
237.8 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That fish stuff really works good. Protein keeps u satisfied for a minit unlike straight up carbs that make u hongrier. Calories in 1 Oreo = 12 flights of stairs climbed.
