Eeek! But...on that time of the month. I will be more careful!!

I think it's not helping that I am eating later and later at night. I will be sure to start eating my heavy meals earlier and switch out to lighter things at night. At least...I'm still until 150! Which I wasn't for the LONGEST time.

I am DETERMINED to get back on track!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
