Started on intermittent fasting since one week ago. 16 hrs fast with 8 hrs of eating. Not fasting at all. Easy and no hungry feeling. Weekend no fasting ~ ate a lot and did a 24 he fast from 8am Monday to 8am Tuesday.
113.5 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
