I had dropped off the radar. Lots of activities and emotional crap. Tried to keep things under control even though I at ate at sports bars three nights. I was expecting you pay, but still lost. Seemed it was easy to measure portions automatically. And bsvk to decent living and exercising today..
215.4 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
