I have set my birthday goals to lose between 100 and 150 lbs for the next year. At 10 lbs per month it is doable. I plan on journaling & exercising daily so here goes wish me luck
285.6 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 135.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 August 2012:
2007 kcal Fat: 96.98g | Prot: 110.66g | Carb: 173.49g.   Breakfast: french roll, Beef Bottom Sirloin (Tri-Tip Roast, Trimmed to 0" Fat). Lunch: panda express chicken, sweet fire chicken, steamed rice, panda express chow mein. Dinner: ranch, tomato, romaine, zucchini, pork roast. Snacks/Other: key lime pie. more...

you can do this. 10lbs a month is 2.5 lbs a week. stick to a healthy eating plan and exercise your goal will be reached. All the best on this journey.
