My own fault. I cheated by eating out more than once this week. I now know that if I "cheat" it has to be very minimal until I reach my target weight.
I also need to get back on my exercise routine. I have been totally lazy in that respect. I can blame the heat (over 100 degrees every day for weeks now), but I know the real truth....

Why consider it cheating? I understand the denial of self to certain foods; but, unless you are an alcoholic, what can't you eat?
Food is fuel, retraining the mind that we need fuel for this machine to work, changes cheating into a poor choice, or a choice for today, and maybe we run the machine a bit longer to rid the system of the bad fuel.
You can do it! The heat was killer, but it is just a matter of getting back to it. You are worth it!
