just had two up days in a row and then two down days in a row. Seem to have shaken things up a bit since Libby my scale is recording further loss. Today is an up day and I have Zumba!
123.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
