A little bit of a setback this weekend. Didn't get to work out on Saturday and ate only reasonably well. But I'm not discouraged. I know I can do it.
281.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
