No more weight loss for me. had a wonderful time with DH on our anniversary on Saturday. Food was great! Crab chowder from fisherman's warft, chicken and white cheddar mashed potatoes...all so yummy. Now back to the grind. A cheat day once a month i think will be attainable for me. life is great and good things keep happening! Favor isn't fair! I give all glory and praise to my Father!!!!!!
181.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
