Day 3 on the HCG injections and my first day for 500 calories. Was hungry pretty much all day. Not sure if it's more of a mind thing or what. But it has been an adjustment. Really was not perpared as I should have been. Will be going to the store and getting all my meals ready for the week. This weekend will put me to the test. Wedding and B-day get together Firday to Sunday. Hopefully this will get me perpared for our Bimini trip.
