Started phase one on July 21st and weight was 180
weighed myself today, July 30th and weight was 174 of course I did cheat a little, having to give up sugar and caffine was very hard to just drink water. And did eat a roll one day and meat one day, but atleast I have lost something for the first 9 days. Now onto phase two.
