I have suspected lately that pea protein has been the cause of my recent bloating problems. So last night while I was not bloated, I tested that by eating a protein cookie with 8g of pea protein. This morning I've been super bloated, and still am over 12 hours since I ate the cookie. Was hoping pea protein could be my protein supplement since I also bloat from dairy, but guess not.
