Cut lawn today. Had weighed this past Friday and was 277.50 lbs. Really want to do better this month (ending Aug 28, 2012) have no money to get raw - but with God's help will eat smaller portions of what there is available and with His help do exercise AT LEAST 3-4 times a week 30 min each. Prayerfully this will show results.

Also another goal is no eating between meals - drink as much water as possible (goal for 10-14 8oz glasses).
277.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 132.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You can do it.. Total understand the no money part. Its expense to eat good food..lol but i myself eat smaller portions now and i think it helps alot

hey there bonthronm! thank you for your comment and encouragement! it means a lot - my first time doing this 'new lifestyle' (not diet - they don't work) online. I believe with God's help - it CAN be done - you know?

hay JesusNck you can do it. just keep trying. like bonthronm said smaller portions will help. from old school eat evrything on plate not so try smaller plates looks like alot but not. so far its working. but remember not to cut yourself short you a worth it.
