Weight has been stuck for a few days. Hasn't come down since I got bloated and had gut issues. Have also been exhausted even though I'm getting the same amount of sleep as usual. I'll admit I haven't been getting enough protein as I should these past few days, so maybe that's a factor. Hoping this will resolve soon and drop.
145.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
