I was not planning on weighing in until Tuesday (last Tuesday was my weigh in at my doctors) but I felt I had done really well with exercising and eating yesterday and wanted to see if it showed on the scale. Yes, I was hoping for more of a drop, this small amount still feels good.
I know I have started the down the road of overall better health and weight loss. And everyone says the hardest part if starting. Come Tuesday it will be one week.
I tried to tell myself as i was walking this morning that it's not just about the weight loss, but about several other things. I want my trycliderides to come down, they are way too high. I was reading that a sensible diet combined with exercise can affect your tri levels.
I also want to feel better. And I know that eating cleaner and exercising will do this for me.
139.7 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
