One pound in two weeks, and this after I really put the screws down and stuck to the letter of the diet (no sugar, low net carb, 1200 - 1500 cal). Expected more than what I get with the usual "reasonably well" regimen.
Guess I am at that point (where I was a year ago), where each new ounce off requires greater effort.
My goal is 185 - where I was at 25 and at 45. Is it too much to want to get back there at 78?
