well here we go. Went for run last night and had a few floor exercises this morning. Not sure I can manage the full 30lbs, but 24lb would be good, that's a nice weight for me. Always been a bit of a chunky monkey.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
