Had my brother Mitch's wedding on Friday and the sort of screwed the entire weekend. Ate way too much on Thursday and then on Friday. I did better on Saturday but not great. We will see how today goes.
274.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 54.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
