1413 kcal Fat: 42.48g | Prot: 111.07g | Carb: 157.57g.   Breakfast: eggs, silk almond milk unsweetned, Frozen Blueberries, fiberwise, Instant Oatmeal - Plain. Lunch: fat free cheddar cheese, 97% ground beef, panera strawberry poppy seed salad. Dinner: romaine lettuce fresh express. Snacks/Other: great value low fat peanut butter, oikos plain greek yogurt, banana, quaker chocolate crunch rice cakes, quaker carmel corn rice cakes. more...
