Will have dinner with friends on Saturday night. A terrible buffet again! I'm so dead!
星期六晚上要跟朋友聚餐。沒錯,又是恐怖的Buffet! 我完蛋了啦。。。。。
167.8 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
