Steady! Steady! I hope I drop again soon. Awesome though. Finally beat that 150lb plateau. I was worried I'd suddenly jump back up to 150. Seriously, I'm so paranoid about my weight, I have nightmares about it.

I'm glad though. This time, fatsecret is making sure I'm not yo-yo-ing. Unfortunately, since I'm losing weight in such a "healthy" fashion...it's also SLOOOOW. But worth it!
147.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
