I think I finally got this Keto thing down, for me. At least I hope so. I seem to need higher fat intake than what I was allowing myself. I have been having a fat bomb everyday for a week, with success. Lots of veges and water too. I am trying to hold beck on my protein, which was much higher in the past. Also I’m so happy to be feeling better, although this garden work is kickin my A! I am unearthing a beautiful limestone path that seems to trail around our immediate property near the house. I am excited to find where it goes, as we have a few barns scattered around. We’ve only lived here 3 yrs, and this is my first summer of health and not working! Ha! An archeological dig in my own backyard! I love retirement!!!
