Really surprised by this considering the fluctuations this week and the stress. When going by my weekly averages tho, it shows a gain of 7 ounces. It is what it is.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
