I worked out soo hard today. I don't feel like I am eating enough to substain my energy. Any ideas what I could do to feel full longer?
155.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

How many protein shakes are you taking a day? I usually take 3....one as soon as I wake up...one as soon as I finish my workout.. and one before bed. It has really helped with the energy levels. You may want to look into some supplements as well. I recommend Scivation Xtend or Vasocharge. www.scivation.com Hope this helps a little

I usually only have one protein shake after my work outs. I know I need a good supplement for energy. I am always so tired :( .

If you are working out....it is ok to increase your carbs a little because you will end up burning them off in your workout! Stay positive...that tired feeling will fade....make sure you are drinking lots of water too and watch your sugar carbs....that is what is causing your crash!
