So, thanks to everyone providing support. It’s been a tough couple of weeks due to holidays, birthdays and good weather which means eating out more often.
Still, just managed a small loss 😀👍😀
196.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 03 June 2018:
2444 kcal Fat: 68.43g | Prot: 92.36g | Carb: 150.85g.   Breakfast: Orange Juice, Duck Egg, Anchor Butter, Kingsmill 50/50 Bread Thick, Orange Marmalade. Dinner: Asda Baked Beans, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Basmati Rice, Morrisons Sweetcorn, Halloumi Cheese, Scup (Fish) , Wall's Thick Pork Sausages (37g), Lamb, Tesco Finest Beef Burgers. Snacks/Other: Red Table Wine, Red Table Wine, Coffee with Milk, Sharp's Doom Bar. more...

If you can lose with all that happening you should have no problem getting back to it properly! Take care 👍🏻

If it's a battle you're on the wrong way of eating. Try to find one that comes naturally. I find that fasting before and after an event means that I can enjoy the event without worrying. Even missing breakfast and no snacks counts as a good fast (provided you eat your last meal at a reasonable time)
