been eatting out to much haven gained weight but need to cut back A lot.. been walking alot tho. but I feel I need more workout to shed these pounds. anyone know a great but not to hard exercise for a person with muscle n nerve disease. can't do alot at one .plz help if u can..
210.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It don’t matter how much exercise u do if ur diet is not on point u won’t lose weight

I am limited to types of exercises. I recently started doing waist twisting with 5 pound hand weights for 30 minutes. Set ya a timer and twist away while you watch tv. Have fun sweating.
