This week is going to be a bad one for me. My gym is closed all week due to renovations so I'm going to have to figure out how I'm going to get my workout in. Additionally, I have family coming in Thursday through Saturday and that means nights in the city eating out.
I'm aiming to eat healthy for the next couple of days to see if I can't lose at least one more pound (or so) before Thursday. That will hopefully offset any 'pigging out' I do over the weekend. Not having a regular workout, however, will make it tough.
The good news is that I lost a higher amount of weight than usual last week so I do have some leeway. And for the most part, I did not eat unhealthy over the weekend like I normally do.
We shall see.
