Followed the plan at least 75% which is awesome because I just had the most stressful week at work since I started 2 years ago! We're talking violence and drama. I still weigh more than I did when I started fat secret, but down to 173.6 from 177 and my food choices are healthier. My exercise habits are gaining hold. So go me!
