Ugh. I so didn't want to cross back over the 200 mark. I ate a really bad dinner last night. I had no idea an Italian Hoagie had so many calories. 1/2 a sub = 1000 calories. I only ate a 1/2 of a 1/2 sub, but it was the Baked Beans, Potato, and Macaroni Salads that got me.

It was a good dinner however. Probably would have been a better lunch though.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
