So yesterday I didn't even come close to eating enough...I just couldn't do it. Between having to take one of my sons back tot he airport [which up set me far more than anyother time, and no I have no idea why this time bothered me so much], and the money problems the business is going through right...I feel to sick to eat. I alway thought that stress made me over eat, I never knew that I could get worked up enough not to care about food.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
