WOW!!!I cant believe it. I jumped on the scales at least 5 times to check . I've lost 4lbs this week. I did eat very well sticking to the eating plan and drank some water but not as much as in previous weeks. Exercise-wise i managed one little walk of about a mile and half and a bigger walk of 6 miles.
This has put me well on the way to reaching my target of 199 by the big 4-0! Of course i realise that next week it may even out and i might loose nothing but I will be very good!! Hmm going to my folks next weekend so will have to watch out.

I feel fab!!
207.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
