A morning weigh in before anything after a couple crazy days and no exercise since qualifying for Boston marathon and achieving personal best (3:26:18) at the mountains to beach marathon in ojai
116.0 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 116.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week
