Exhausted and went to bed early, then couldn't sleep. bad night. awake til after 3: 30 am. awake frequently til 6. got up at 8. Hot. Decided to eat more today. Bigger breakfast and a afternoon snack. Same calories. Fell better tonight.
185.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 11.2 lb a week
