Setelah seminggu menahan diri ga nimbang badan, finally pagi ini dapet angka cantik triple 6 😍😆 yayyy!! Bersyukur sekali meskipun cuma turun 1/2kg 👏😍
146.8 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
