Help me, please! I'm losing control. I've started eating sweets! Today, I had not one, but TWO, big Costco muffins! AArgh!!!!
157.2 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 4.2 lb a week

Maybe instead of those kinds of muffins, try the new hostess cupcakes or coffee cake type muffins. They are 100 calories and won't do as much damage. If I feel the need for something sweet, I will have a package with a cup of tea. It's hard sometimes. Just remember you are human!

See, I have no sense. I'm like a drug addict...one taste of something sweet and I lose control. I get off on the right start and have a couple weeks of weight loss and then I find something to sabotage my success. It is so dadgum frustrating!!!!

I'll try and get the recipe for the la weight loss truffles that they have in the recipe book. They are yummy and I think (not sure) but you might be able to have like 6 of them per serving. You can also try the sugar free fat free jello, that is yummy and you can have unlimited amounts. Add a bit of fat free cool whip when you make it and it turns into yummy parfaits!
