1984 kcal Fat: 66.02g | Prot: 143.39g | Carb: 216.57g.   Breakfast: eggs, silk almond milk unsweetned, Frozen Blueberries, fiberwise, Instant Oatmeal - Plain. Lunch: marie's raspberry vinaigrette, starkist chunk light tuna, fresh express green & crisp. Dinner: strawberry salad panera, chicken breast. Snacks/Other: quaker multi grain fiber crisps, banana, fudgsicle , quaker chocolate crunch rice cakes, great value low fat peanut butter. more...
