Down just a bit.. But VERY happy with any loss. Only 2 lbs from the lowest I have been in my adult life. I am VERY excited about that!!

129.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb. Still to go: 9.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 0.2 lb a week
