No change this week. I might have had a change, but lack of sleep, up in the night about 5 times per night (YAWN), sinus problems and hot flashes made this a challenging week! I did exercise 6 days, only off on Sunday. And I have done reasonably well on my eating. I can see the physical changes in the mirror and in the fit of my clothing, so I know that it is coming off. Just not reflected on the scale right now. I feel good overall, and finally did get a night's sleep last night. Going to be a challenging weekend with family coming over. Making up a big pot of cabbage soup to counterbalance the corned beef and cabbage, and Reuben sandwiches that J has on the menu for tonight! EEEEK!
