I was completely shocked by my weightloss! I have been eating less per sitting, so I guess that has really helped out. I am getting back to linking my carbs and protiens, but it is harder to keep up than I thought it would be.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
