I am battling to get back on track...
269.8 lb Lost so far: 49.8 lb.    Still to go: 86.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

the hardest thing to do is get back on track after you bear a little to the left or right, but you have to decide if you are worth it. guess what? YOU ARE!!! it is going to take a little of disipline or a lot depending on you personally, but i am living proof that it can be done. i have faith in you and know you just need a little push to back on the road...so here is your PUSH!!!! :o)
