1407 kcal Fat: 41.42g | Prot: 115.44g | Carb: 157.63g.   Breakfast: eggs, silk almond milk unsweetned, Frozen Blueberries, fiberwise, Instant Oatmeal - Plain. Lunch: kraft sun dried tomato viniagrette, chicken breast boneless skinless, gala apple, fresh express green & crisp, fage yogurt fat free. Dinner: italian herb flatbread, kraft shredded fat free chedder, 97% ground beef. Snacks/Other: great value low fat peanut butter, quaker chocolate crunch rice cakes, fudgsicle , banana. more...
