I knew it was going to go back up! It's only a few pounds, but I just don't trust that scale. I guess it could just be that I'm retaining more/less water weight at that time of the morning each day, but the fluctuations seem to be pretty extreme to me. I really shouldn't worry about it too much. Had a super Insanity Max Interval workout last night, but I did eat too much food. Maybe that's the problem with the scale.
