I'm happy to be making progress but it's sad when none of your old clothes fit. I was 6 months pregnant when I got up to and surpassed this weight and now she's 6 months old. All the other diets failed so I started Atkins and it's working. Trying to keep positive .. Good things are worth waiting for....
162.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
