No major weight loss so far. I've been watching what I eat and exercising very faithfully - walking for an hour two times a day. I also added some calisthenics to my exercise regimen. Since I'm not dropping the 5 or so pounds I had expected to at this point, I will continue on, but try to add even more exercise to my everyday routine. I have faith that it's a long term commitment, and in the end I will have the results I hope for. If I keep up with the small weight calisthenics, I might even end up better than I'd hoped. :)
