Woohoo - another pound down this morning!

Once again, I stuck 100% to my food plan yesterday, although I'd been looking forward to having a mug of cocoa before bed, only to discover we didn't have enough skimmed milk left - d'oh! I did briefly contemplate raiding some of my little boy's delicious whole milk, but resisted the temptation and had a glass of water instead.

Another 100% for my exercise plan. Yesterday's workout was taken from Rosemary Conley's Shape Up & Salsacise DVD. I did the 20 minute dance workout following by the two 10 minute toning routines - vg!

On a separate, but related note (ie as part of my general appearance overhaul!), yesterday afternoon I had a consultation with a cosmetic surgeon to discuss having my eyebags removed! They're hereditary, so not linked to lack of sleep or any underlying health issues, and have got worse over the last 8 months as I've lost weight. So, it may seem very vain and unnecessarily extravangant to many, but as soon as it gets to 9am I'm going to phone his secretary to book in for both lower and upper eye lid surgery as soon as he can fit me in! Eeeeek!!

Woohoo!! Great going on the exercise front and fantastic work on dropping those lbs. Ooh... I went eeek too, when I read about prospects of surgery... but only 'cause I'm a complete scardy-cat where doctors and hospitals are concerned!! You keep up the great work there, as you're doing awesome. ;o)

Thanks Sue! I'm not at all squimish about hospitals, and I did have my nose done around 10 years ago, which is a much worse procedure, but wasn't that bad! I'm mostly just excited about seeing the results!! :)
